This was my best every made Mushroom-65 with curry leaves, onion rings, cashew nuts ghee roasted, seasoned with red chill powder and pepper. Final touch of lemon squeeze. Perfect dish for a Sunday afternoon.

Here is the ingredients you waiting for:

  1. Mushroom - Sun exposed for more Vitamin D hack
  2. Wheat flour
  3. Corn starch
  4. Chill, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Onion powders & Salt
  5. Water required to make smooth and thick batter

Procedures

  • Take the mushroom and remove the stem 
  • With the stems insert skewer sticks mini size or tooth picks would do the job for lollipop style
  • Prepare the batter with the above mentioned ingredients and add mushrooms and stem sticks
  • Oil to be kept at high temperature about vapors should come out of the oil now reduce the gas a little and drop your mushrooms
  • Do this 6 or 7 pieces as a batch and once it is done go for the same stems
  • Let it settle in wide plate if needed add a tissue paper at the bottom to remove excess oil
  • Now time for seasoning, take a bowl and add salt, chilli, garlic, onion, pepper, sugar, oregano
  • Drop the fried mushrooms in the spice bowl, close it with a lid and give a nice shake 
That's it your crishpy hot pepper mushroom fry is ready!

Extras

To this one may serve it with curry leaves fried in butter and cashew nuts. Round onions for side dish and squeeze lemon on top of it for added flavors.
