Herbs & diets to stay healthy and live long life

There is a saying from our ancestors-

"If you are between 10-30 years old eat thrice,

If you are between 30-60 years old eat twice,

If you are between 60+ years old eat once".

Meaning as the age factor grows, calorie deficit plays an important role.

Mythological story:

Lord Shiva asked Nandhi to convey this message to the people-

"Eat once and bath thrice a day"

Instead Nandhi told them-

"Eat thrice and bath once a day"

Funny how it turned to be a daily ritual for most of the human beings today. Here a question should arise. How come a person can finish his day with one meal a day. When we think about that it almost feels like impossible. Well this category belongs to 60+ age group.

Because most adults are working people, they need more energy than elder people. Now coming to the adult age group. Never skip a breakfast, it is the first in the morning nutrition plan which determines your entire day.

Our body converts food into energy in the form of glucose for brain and other breakdowns for the rest of the body parts.

We know oxygen is the fuel for fire. The same goes in the body, with the adequate amount of oxygen our body remains in the temperature. It is the same oxygen when in excess i.e., excess in the body. We age faster. So how to balance this to live longer?
